Prosit! opened in December of 2006 and we have since become a favorite among
restaurants in the Buffalo area. We have been reviewed in the Buffalo News Gusto-
3 1/2 stars and have been featured in both the 2008 and 2009 "Buffalo's Best

All of our food is created in-house by our Chef and Owner Janice Schlau.
Janice has an extensive background in Polish cooking and has worked in the
food industry her whole life; in places like The Mirror Lake Inn Resort &
Spa, Lake Placid NY, AKI Sushi Restaurant, Lake Placid NY, and Brock
Yates famous Cannonball Run Cafe, Wyoming NY to name a few.
Janice and her husband Paul, who's families hail from both Poland and
Germany respectively, decided to bring the rich food heritage of both
countries together for one delightful dining experience here in Western New
York.
